ECOS has been designed to simplify the multitude of daily insurance tasks that your company needs to perform, and to provide all of your insurance related information in a convenient and accessible format.

ECOS delivers this by using simple web technologies and e-mail and is provided for you to run on your company’s PCs, either networked or on a stand-alone basis.
It is the very first system of its kind and has been developed by our advisors in conjunction with leading Clients.

Emsons’ have engineered your ECOS site to make claims submissions as simple as possible.
For example the Claim Forms actually verify the entries that you make, so that it is impossible to submit an incomplete or incorrect form.

ECOS assisting You in the monitoring of Claims…
ECOS also allows Clients access to an unparalleled level of information concerning claims submitted.
Every outstanding claim has a record that allows you to track how the Claim is progressing towards settlement.
This provides you with useful information such as the details of the most recent correspondence and how close the claim is to settlement.

Graphical and tabulated analysis of settled claims is also provided so you can see at a glance your overall loss profile.
ECOS contains many other services and information concerning your insurances, including policy, risk management and accounts information.

How ECOS is Designed and Operates:
Each site is designed in direct consultation with Clients, to reflect both their Insurance arrangements and also elements of their Company image and profile.
The system operates on a conventional Windows platform.
There are certain minimum hardware and software requirements, none of which we would consider to be onerous, and our Advisors will be able to assist you at the design stage.
