What to do in the event of a windscreen claim

In the event that you wish to make a claim for your windscreen's replacement or repair, please contact Autoglass who are approved by all UK Insurers.

Their telephone number is 0800 36 36 36. When visiting their premises, or if they visit you, you should take your motor insurance certificate with you so that Autoglass can debit the Insurer directly. You will be require to pay the policy excess however.

If you are in any doubts about windscreen cover and your policy, please contact your Account Manager or Steve Mayle (Motor Manager) on 01883 620720.

Not all commercial or private motor insurance policies will include windscreen cover and the excess will vary from policy to policy.
